CIPC is offering a Graduate Internship Programme aimed at unemployed South African graduates to gain workplace experience and apply their academic knowledge. The internship runs for 24 months and is designed to enhance skills development and employability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Strategy Operational Excellence projects
• Support operational and process improvement initiatives
• Gain practical experience in industrial engineering and operations management practices
• Work closely with teams to enhance quality management systems

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Management / Quality Management
• Must be a South African citizen
• Age: 18 – 35 years
